Welcome to the final post in our three-part blog series on Be Fierce and Worth Following. Today’s topic is all about unapologetic actions. Having unapologetic actions focuses on the power of ambition and declaring your goals, as well as the benefits of wolves (yes, wolves).
Before you continue, make sure to read Part 1: Having a Positive Mental Spirit and Part 2: Bold Words.

Fierce women are unapologetic about their actions, because they have big dreams and are on the path to reach big goals. They let nothing stand in their way, and there are two things that separate the wheat from the chaff…
Ambition is not a dirty word. Ambitious women work to learn more, do more, grow more, and typically they create more opportunities for the people around by following their same stride. Women with this drive set the pace, overcome hurdles and keep their eye on the prize.
And they declare their dreams!
If you have a dream, tell your tribe, your family, friends, co-workers, pastor, social media community, ANYONE. Just be sure you tell someone.
Some examples of ambitious dreams could be…
I’m going to hit the million dollar club at work
I’m going to open that prospect account
I’m going to land that VP promotion
I’m going to become an ironman
I’m going to become a coach
I’m going to quit my job and start my own business
Why is it so important to tell your tribe, a.k.a. that trusted group of people who support and influence you the most? It’s simple. Being accountable to someone makes you 95% more likely to achieve your goals.

In Abby Waumbach’s 2018 commencement speech to Barnard College, she shared this story:
In 1995, in a controversial decision, wolves were reintroduced into Yellowstone National Park because the land was in trouble due to the overpopulation of the deer. They reduced the vegetation so severely that the riverbeds eroded.
The wolves arrived and big changes started happening immediately. They thinned out the deer through hunting and changed their behavior dramatically. They no longer grazed the valleys where they were vulnerable. This allowed the vegetation to grow back and the trees quintupled in just six years. Birds and beavers starting moving in and built river dams, providing habitat for otters, ducks and fish. Ravens and bald eagles returned to eat the carrion left by the wolves.
-Bears came back because berries started growing again. That wasn’t all, the rivers changed and new plants stabilized the riverbeds so they stopped collapsing and flowed freely again.
To summarize…
-Plant and animal ecosystems changed
-In fact, the entire landscape changed
– All because of the wolves presence
The wolves, who were feared by many to be a threat to the system, became the system’s salvation. They were unapologetic in their actions, they just did what wolves do.
Now, look around our world today, women, who were feared by many to be a threat to our social and political ecosystems, will become our society’s salvation.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
We Are The Wolves!
