And it had me thinking...where do we need to unsubscribe?
What dulls your shine? Zaps your energy? Takes a lot of effort to maintain?
These are the things we need to prune STAT!
Because you deserve MORE.
And it's not your fault...there is always a payoff for the things we hold onto tightly.
After all - no one teaches us how to do endings well.
But by now you know that all dead, sick and GOOD things must come to an end for you to reach your next level.
And you know that life has seasons and cycles - and this is normal.
So I want you to stop WAITING to end things...don't wait until all conditions are perfect for you to begin.
Beginning makes the conditions perfect.
By bringing things to an end...you'll create the space, and have the energy to live the life you love.
To have more joy, more happiness, to create and innovate, and impact others in more meaningful ways.
And most of all, you'll have more self-respect. You'll teach others how they should treat you. And how you should treat yourself.
You're self-esteem and confidence will grow, you'll attract great things into your life - you'll make space for the life you're meant to live.

So, in this final week's video, I'll share the art of mastering the tough conversation and learning how to do endings well.
This is definitely one I wish I would have learned early on in my career, and before I said yes to three marriage proposals.
